House of Dead 2 & 3 Return January 8, 2009 Overall a fun game. Not something I play around my kids(they are afraid of their own shadows) but its a fun game that makes me feel like I am in an arcade.
House of the Dead 2/3 review January 7, 2009 Port from the arcade games. Works great with Perfect shot controller. Fun for hours. Just like the arcade though, if you die...game over.
House of Dead 2 & 3 for Wii December 31, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Good game, very faithful to original arcade game, but target accuracy sometimes a little off. Weapon calibration does not always seem to work.
I always love the House of dead game but.... December 18, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was very happy to find out that wii carry House of Dead game. Love it ! However, it said that can be play by 2 player. I never was able to make the second controller to work. I was able to set up the second controller and it shows on the screen but unable to shot. JUST be AWARE! This game is a ONE person game not as the box said 2 players.
Great teen family game December 10, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Bought this with Wii perfect shot gun ($7.95 - a must have accessory) and have been playing it with my two teens for 2 hours/night for a few weeks. It's a great match for the Wii and a lot of fun to play together. And people with different skill levels have fun playing together (unlike, say, Mario games). This even lets their mom join in and have a blast.
It's also just like the arcade version - complete with crappy graphics (so bad in HOD 2 that it's funny) and fairly repetative gameplay, so I can see getting a bit tired of it in a few more weeks. But, that's ok and expected given the arcade game. Still definitely worth the money and we're all looking forward to HOD: Overkill.
As a side note, it's also not a particularly good party game though since it's 2 player and the games last pretty long.
