corporation (operating under the guise of a harmless soft drink company). Your goal is to progress through a series of cities around the glove, and in the process, destroy as much of the cities as possible in an effort to locate all the other captive monsters. If that seems like too much to handle, first try the included bonus content that contains the original Rampage, and Rampage World Tour games.

Gameplay
Rampage Total Destruction features four main game modes. The first, is a campaign mode, where one or two players work to progressively take out cities around the world. In each city, the players destroy the city, unlock new characters, and unlock the four special abilities for each monster.

The second and third modes, King of the City, and King of the World, are competitive modes where up to four players compete. In King of the City, players strive to rule a city by dominating the most districts. King of the World is a series of King of the City competitions across various cities. Finally, the fourth mode, a time trial mode, exists where a player tries to destroy all the districts of a city in an allotted amount of time.

Rampage Total Destruction capitalizes on the previous Rampage releases by allowing you to play 30 different monsters, each with their own unique destructive attributes. When you feel the need to exercise those destructive tendencies, just choose one of the characters, proceed to roam through 7 major cities around the globe, and destroy everything in your path.

5 out of 5 stars Worth the money, great fun   December 27, 2008
Wanting to find a game to replace "War of the Monsters" that we had borrowed for our PS2, I came across this game. I bought it for my 9 year old son, without much feedback from game review sites. Both my husband and son love the game and while the controls may not be as easy to use as a traditional game controller would be, it definitely doesn't detract enough from it to reduce it's rating. If you're used to using a Wiimote for playing, it's just fine. Very happy consumer on this one.

4 out of 5 stars My favorite game at the arcade as a kid...   September 5, 2008
I got this Wii game for my nine year old daughter knowing how much I liked this game as a kid. It has all the versions including the original arcade version with old school controls. It took a long time to get used to the Wii control when played with the motion movements of the Wii. The games made by Nintendo use this technology the best but after a while I did get the hang of it. It has all the versions of Rampage which is a bonus.

3 out of 5 stars RAMPAGE   April 8, 2008
This game is fun at first. Its exciting that they decided to bring back an old classic. Heres the problem. Its the same thing over and over and over and over and...... you get the point. I guess the problem is that I'm not 7 anymore so it takes a game with more depth to keep my interest.

1 out of 5 stars Not great   January 27, 2008
I recomend buying this game for any of the other systems you may own. The Wii controls are a disaster and you'll find yourself flailing your arms and not getting anything accomplished.

I call this a pass.

This game is entertaining the first few times through but I can't image that this can be entertaining too many times through. Its the same smashing buildings until your face turns blue.
