I bought this game, and like everyone else, disk 3 didn't work.
"In light of a few instances of a disc formatting issue with Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection (SKU# AXB-00033/UPC# 882224717298), Microsoft is immediately replacing the game. I called them on Monday (they are only open Mon-Fri). It was very easy to place my order for replacement discs, and the man on the phone told me that I would receive them within a couple days of shipping. Imagine my surprise when I received them overnight, only about 20 hours after calling. VERY satisfied with Microsoft's service in fixing their mistake. It pays to be nice to the people at the call center.
The game is a nice upgrade from Zoo Tycoon. It has a lot more options that help you really create the zoo of your dreams.

I love ordering products from Amazon.com. The order process is simple, delivery is quick. The 1st time I ordered this game, it would not load on our PC. I had to send it back and the staff at Amazon.com were very helpful. When I sent it back, it happened to be out of stock so I had to wait for more to come in before I could order it again. That was a little inconvenient but things like that happen sometimes and it was nobody's fault. When I ordered it again, the game arrived in only a few days. This time it loaded perfectly and my children love it.

This game was great fun! My younger brother plays this, who is only seven, and I am forever hooked. The mazing detail in this game proves to be one of the best. Animals come to life on your comp screen and you sink into a world of fun and responsibility.
My brother came to love the animals so much in the game, that he would be sad every time one of his animals died and cheered every time one gave birth. This game is healthy for children and informational, teaching you animal facts about the strangest creatures.

I can't install Disc 3!! although I sent an mail to Amazon help center ,but I have'nt got any replay!!
