A good bargain game November 9, 2008 For the price, the game is good. The controls are responsive, the graphics decent, and the puzzles fun.
Marble Madness For A New Generation October 1, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've had my eye on this game for quite some time. Finally decided to pull the trigger when Amazon had it on sale during the Gold Box sale. I'm not disappointed to say the least!
This game is fantastic! It brings back memories of playing Marble Madness on the NES only with some new twists! The first great thing about this game is the controls. It's fairly simple and straight forward. Tilt your Wii-mote in the direction you want your blob to go. Tilt it in the opposite direction to get it to slow down. They've also tossed in color change stations to add some strategy to it. Some stages require you to be a certain color to get through a door or to exit the stage. The coolest thing about all of this is that your blob can be split into separate sections. Smaller pieces are faster, larger are slower. This can add much frustration as you're trying to get your blob back together but is also a very fun part of the game!
If you like Marble Madness or other fun skill games like that, I think you'd really like this game. Hours of fun for this 26 year old!
Fun for All August 29, 2008 I find this game fun and challenging for those of us over 45. Kids will enjoy the challenge too. Not the action, kill games we don't our children participating in. This is a fun game.
Not for the color blind August 21, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love mind puzzler type games and this was recomended to me.
I got through the tutorial fine and it was fun. But once I started playing the game I started having trouble. You have to get the blob certain colors and I am color blind and it was too difficult.
If you are color blind or have trouble matching colors this game isn't for you. However, if you don't have that problem, this game should be a blast.
pretty fun, worth $20 June 13, 2008 i've played this game for a couple hours now and it is pretty fun. reminds me of the old "marble madness" game, but with an updated feel and technology. it gets pretty difficult, so it isn't a super easy game that you'll blow thru in minutes. it's a good level of challenge.
